Den has claimed it and I've already put some pink parts on it...lol. She says she likes DH more than trail riding now and her friend got a Norco Vixa so she will have her to ride with too.

Ha, using the money from the Double sale to fund it, along with buying used parts, finding deals, and using existing parts. The frame/wheelset are the main expensive pieces.

Yep, the frame is at the shop with a few parts and just waiting on the fork, then it will be shipped to me.

Yeah, found a good deal on the orange X0 shifter/mech so will put them on the Nomad and move the X0 shifter/mech from the Nomad the the V10.

The M815 is the 83mm version, the M810 is the 68/73mm version. I added the crank arm length though (165mm).

The rear hub weighs 123g more than the front (the bolts are 56g and I have the weight for the fron in my pics)

The Demo normally runs parallel to the Stumpy with one bike in the stand and the other to the left rear (closest to camera but not seen in pic) perpendicular to the Demo/Stumpy. It works and not too fussed.

Yeah but it's a drop ceiling so won't support that weight and it's a lower ceiling so stacking them (like I normally do) is not an option. Luckily the Double has sold to make room for the V10. Maybe I will put my wife's newly acquired Demo (my old one) and Stumpy FSR in the room next to it...lol

CoucheS? I like. We are just renting this place for another year but ultimately I will be building my own shop, either detached or attached to the house.

That's why I need a bigger shop. You forgot a couch. It's also missing the V10 that's on it's way.

Ah I see. I'm fine with the SLX and the verdict is still out whether or not it's a crack or from the forging process. Not a fan of FSA myself but others do like them

Thanks for the input. It does suck that the '09 Saint have thicker tabs. I've been running a modified Gamut guide/bash with my Saints and SLX cranks without that issue. I will be trying the setup you have and if it fails I will just run a modified Gamut bash with the SRS+. Thanks again.

Yes. The '09 Saint cranks have thicker chainring tabs which put the chainring further away from the bashguard. If the chain drops it can get wedged between the chainring and bashguard. That is why the stock Saint bash has a 2mm step. I
m curious as to how this setup has been working.
